A bold new take on our Tropical Modern Approach: Refined lines, striking slopes, with the same attention to detail. With the site facing direct sunlight, we designed a steep roof slope to act as a natural sunshade. It’s not just functional but a defining feature that gives the home its unique character.

A restrained material palette featuring warm wood accents and light-colored surfaces evokes a feminine energy that speaks volumes about the owner. This design approach enhances the perception of space, creating an airy yet grounded atmosphere both inside and out.

Light is shaped by breeze blocks, glass, sun baffles, and transparent canopies.
